The client council gives the patient a voice and a face at Huisartsenposten De LIMES. The five members of the board advise the director from the user’s starting point; the patient who needs emergency GP care. In addition to advice, they also follow the course of GP Posts De LIMES, so that the patient’s voice is heard in time. The client council deals with various topics such as the quality of care, the complaints procedure and the accessibility of the posts in Alphen a\/d Rijn, Leiderdorp and Voorhout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The council represents the patients in the working area of the LIMES GP Emergency Stations and thinks from the perspective of the interests of a large group of patients. The client council does its work on the basis of the Participation of Clients in Healthcare Institutions Act 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
