A number of practices have made use of this and we\nWe are happy to share tips on how to optimize the use of the LSP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So\nit is possible for the patient to obtain his or her consent in three ways.\nfor sharing the professional summary of general practitioners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Oral\npermission at the counter;<\/li><li>Written\nconsent with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vzvz.nl\/huisartsenpraktijken\/ondersteuning\/materiaal-volgjezorg\">consent form<\/a>;<\/li><li>Online\nconsent, provided that your practice is registered with VECOZO.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In\n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.volgjezorg.nl\">www.volgjezorg.nl<\/a> the patient can access their medical data\nand see which healthcare provider has made medical data available.\nIn the portal, any citizen can give (or revoke) consent to his or her\ngeneral practitioner, pharmacist and health centre. In addition, he can see which\nrequested data from the healthcare provider and when. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Online\nEnabling consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patients\ncan arrange online consent for the exchange of their medical\ndata via the LSP. However, this is only possible if your practice is for this\nLogged! To make this possible, your practice must opt-in to the service of\nVECOZO via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vecozo.nl\/diensten\/opt-in\/\">www.vecozo.nl<\/a>. By logging in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/vip.vecozo.nl\/idp\/SelectProvider.aspx?resume=https:\/\/login.vecozo.nl\/broker\/authn\/open-token\/response&amp;spentity=feCmsEpi\">VECOZO portal<\/a>, you can see which patient\nconsent. As a general practitioner, you will receive a notification when a\nthe patient has given consent online. You can then use this permission\nin your own system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regular\nconsent vs. &#8220;Corona opt-in&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nnormal procedure, in which the patient is asked for consent (opt-in),\nhas changed temporarily during the Corona crisis. Previously, after a\nConsent request a consent \u2013 also known as an &#8216;opt-in&#8217; \u2013 or a &#8216;no&#8217;\nregistered in the HIS. At the moment, there is a temporary\nso-called &#8216;Corona opt-in&#8217;, in which the healthcare professionals at the HAP and the ED\nprofessional summaries of patients who have previously not been able to\nhave passed on their choice and are not approachable at that time. Retrieval is\nonly possible if the general practice of the patient in question is\nconnected to the LSP. In addition, the professional summary of\npatients who have already answered &#8216;no&#8217; to the consent request will still be able to\nnot insightful. This situation is temporary in nature; After the end of the crisis\nthe Corona opt-ins can no longer be consulted. It is therefore important to\ncontinue to ask your patients for their regular consent questions, so that their\nprofessional summary can still be requested after the crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applications\nin your practice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>White\nCan you reach the patients you don&#8217;t see very often in your practice?
