However, it is the case that a\n(temporarily) Corona opt-in does not count as a regular opt-in and this is why it is\nIt is important to still ask your patients for a regular opt-in. When\nthe Corona opt-in is reversed, the records of patients who are not\nhave arranged their consent through a regular opt-in no longer\navailable. Here are some tips and tricks for ways you can\nregular opt-ins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LSP\nTips &amp; Tricks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The\nFlu vaccination campaign is a good opportunity to help vulnerable patient groups.\nfor whom it is particularly important that their medical data is available to\nbe. When you put out the call for the flu shot, it may be\na good opportunity to include an LSP consent form, or on the\nback of the call. However, don&#8217;t forget to always have a\ninformation leaflet. You can then install a special bus in your\npractice where consent forms can be collected. So\nyour employees do not have to receive the consent forms in person\nto take. If you would like help in drawing up an accompanying\nletter, or about the use of information materials, then Sleutelnet is always\nwilling to support you in this. <\/li><li>Care\nthat your employees are aware of the LSP. When all employees use the\nconsistently and actively approach patients who come to your practice about\nthe LSP gives a lot of opt-ins. Under the tips &amp; tricks you will find extra\ninformation about training courses attended by both physicians and assistants\non the use of the LSP. <\/li><li>Care\nthat the LSP is visible within your practice. You can achieve this by putting up posters\nin the waiting room, on doors or walls in your practice or on the\nnotice board. Via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vzvz.nl\/webshop\">webshop<\/a> of VZVZ is possible\nto download or order free material and then distribute it.\nIn addition, VZVZ also has a subtitled version of the animated film &#8220;how does it work&#8221;\nthe LSP&#8221; is available at the following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yQKqbiQPGJA\">link<\/a>. You can use this (possibly without sound)\nplay in the waiting area of your practice. <\/li><li>Create\nUse of verbal consent. From a legal point of view, it is sufficient to\nrequest verbal consent. This means that the assistant will be able to\nask for verbal consent at the counter. However, it is then\nnecessary to hand over an information leaflet to the patient. These are\navailable in Dutch, but also in several other languages and can be\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vzvz.nl\/huisartsenpraktijken\/ondersteuning\/materiaal-volgjezorg\">can<\/a> be found here.\nIn addition to handing over the information leaflet, a comment should be made in the HIS\nthat the patient has &#8220;given verbal consent&#8221;.\nThe date should also be noted in the comments field. <\/li><li>Go\na partnership with a local pharmacy. You can use <a href=\"https:\/\/we.tl\/t-bu0ItTT2Ku\">this<\/a> form to do this, which allows patients to do so in one go.\nbe able to give permission for both the pharmacy and the general practitioner. It is therefore useful to keep this in mind\n(vulnerable) patients on an individual level.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LSP Trainings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\nIt is important that both the GP and the assistant are well aware of it\nis how the LSP works. The assistant can play an important role in\nasking patients for consent. That is why VZVZ offers online\ntraining to train both general practitioners and assistants in the use of\nof the LSP. Some of the things that will be discussed during the training are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What\nis the National Exchange Point and how it works;<\/li><li>Which one\nhealthcare providers which data can register and request from the National\nSwitching point;<\/li><li>It\nExplain the National Exchange Point to patients;<\/li><li>The\nanswer frequently asked questions about the National Exchange Point;<\/li><li>On\nask for permission from patients in a correct manner. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nbasic training courses of the National Exchange Point are provided by VZVZ on the following\ndays offered online:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wednesday 23 September 2020 from 12:00 &#8211; 13:00<\/li><li>Thursday 8 October 2020 from 12:00 &#8211; 13:00<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can register via the <a href=\"https:\/\/fd2.formdesk.com\/vzvz\/LSP-basis_online\">following link<\/a> \nfor one of the training sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sleutelnet can also provide training in physical form\nthat are tailor-made for your practice.
