I would like to introduce myself, I am Manon Windhorst, 47 years old and as of 01-02-2022 I will fill the position of complaints officer of GP posts De LIMOS. After 30 years of being employed by the Alrijne Hospital,  where I can no longer perform my function as an operating assistant due to eye problems, I am starting a new start as a complaints officer. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

After working for a number of months as a supporter of the complaints officers of the Alrijne hospital, I am now going to take the step to become a certified complaints officer in healthcare myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started the training on 26-01-2022. In combination with an internship at the Groene Hart Hospital and a position at the GP Posts De LIMOS, I hope to be able to successfully complete the training in November. Due to my eye problems, I have a (slight) visual disability so you will soon recognize me in the workplace by my dark filter glasses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am also the mother of two sons of 20 and 18 years old. The three of us live in Alphen aan den Rijn. I also have a LAT relationship with Ron who owns the climbing park in Alphen aan den Rijn. Here too I can regularly be found helping with putting on climbing harnesses and helmets. In addition, I like to be outside for sports, especially a lot of running and walking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
