New Collective Labor Agreement for General Practitioner Care

The negotiation agreement for the new Collective Labor Agreement for General Practitioner Care has been reached! Good news, because a number of new conditions will be included in the collective labor agreement that will have a positive effect on, among other things, your salary.

Salary increase in 3 phases

For example, as of February 1, 2024, there will be a salary increase of READ MORE>> 5% wage increase for scales 1 to 9, with a minimum of 175 euros per month (based on full-time working hours). For scales 10 and higher, there will be a 4% wage increase from 1 February 2024. As of November 1, 2024 and May 1, 2025, a wage increase of 2.5% will take place for all scales.

The Personal Life Phase Budget (PBL)

In addition, something new will be introduced in the collective labor agreement: the Personal Life Phase Budget (PBL). This means that from 1 January 2024 you can save 10 hours per month based on full-time employment and from 1 January 2025 20 hours per year on the basis of full-time employment, with a maximum of 26 times the working hours per week. How to use these hours is further elaborated in the collective labor agreement.

Extension of travel allowance

The travel allowance will also be extended. As of 1 January, you will receive 0.23 cents per kilometre, instead of the current 0.21 cents. And you will now be reimbursed for the full travel costs, capped at a distance of 50 kilometers one way.
