New cooperating team leader Leiderdorp

Liesbeth van der Plas will start as a cooperating team leader for the Leiderdorp location on 1 January 2022. She introduces herself: “I am Liesbeth van der Plas, mother of three (almost) adult daughters and married to John. After having worked for a number of years as a coordinating doctor’s assistant and practice manager in the day practice and having obtained my diploma ‘practice manager in primary care’ , I am very excited to start a new challenge at the GP post in January.”
The fact that she is stepping into a new position in the middle of the corona era is an extra challenge for 49-year-old Liesbeth: “This time has shown us that you have to switch quickly because changes in policy are the order of the day. I like to coordinate what is needed together with a team and make the best of it together.” In addition to her job, the future team leader, who lives in Katwijk, loves to be outdoors with her dog Roxy or can be found in the gym.
