A warm greeting from Angelie van de Ende

by Angelie v.d. Ende – triage nurse

Dear colleagues, general practitioners, doctor’s assistants, triage nurses and other employees. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that after almost 22 years I am no longer employed by the Huisartsenposten De LIMES.

During this period I have made many beautiful memories, in which patient satisfaction is of paramount importance to me. My focus is on the person/patient. I always did my work with passion, enthusiasm and dedication. The feeling of togetherness, especially during the night shifts. A small team, the personal aspect with the GP, fellow triage nurses and the  drivers. The combination of telephone/physical triage, assisting the GP (medical/technical action), making a good service of it together, the hectic night shifts, the adrenaline, this was an extra motivation for me. A tasty snack and a  smile were certainly not to be missed.
After a major traffic accident in 2021, I was unfortunately no longer able to work night shifts. Moreover, this is also medically discouraged. This created a completely new situation for me, both privately and work-related. For me, it’s important now to focus on recovery and good vitality. I am looking for a daytime job, where I want to delve into elderly care, among other things. Thank you for the pleasant cooperation over the past few years. I wish everyone the best!  Warm greetings angelievde@gmail.com
