As an HR department, we would like to inform you about what we do and what you can contact us for. Cora Hogenboom and Kelly Baltes are the HR staff. They take care of the administrative handling of employment and termination of employment, contract adjustments and renewals and other changes. You can contact them for questions about Cobra, login details for the various systems, Alrijne personnel passes and applying for an employer’s statement. These questions can also be emailed to hr@hpdelimes.nl . In addition, Kelly is the point of contact for matters related to Recruitment & Selection.

If you have any questions about education and training, you can contact Mathilda Boer or Angela Krukkert. Henriëtte Kuipers is HR advisor a.i. and advises the director and the members of the MT. In addition, she is involved in and is responsible for, among other things, HR policy. In addition, she is the point of contact for complex HR issues within our organization.

In addition to informing you about what we do, we would also like to draw your attention to the Collective Labor Agreement for General Practitioner Care, which is part of your employment contract at De LIMES. Many things are clearly stated in the collective labor agreement and many of your questions can be answered after reading the collective labor agreement. If you do not find an answer to your question in the collective labor agreement, you can contact the HR department via email address hr@hpdelimes.nl. This mailbox will be read daily as much as possible, and your mail will be answered as soon as possible, no later than 3 working days.
