Complaints Officer HP De LIMES

by Manon Windhorst – Complaints Officer

I would like to introduce myself, I am Manon Windhorst, 47 years old and as of 01-02-2022 I will fill the position of complaints officer of Huisartsenposten De LIMES. After 30 years of service at the Alrijne Hospital,  where I can no longer perform my function as an operating assistant due to eye problems, I am starting a new start as a complaints officer.

After working for a number of months as a support worker for the complaints officers of the Alrijne hospital, I am now going to take the step to become a certified complaints officer in healthcare.

I started the training on 26-01-2022. In combination with an internship at the Groene Hart Hospital and a position at the GP posts De LIMES, I hope to be able to successfully complete the training in November. Due to my eye problems, I have a (slight) visual impairment, so you will quickly recognize me in the workplace by my dark filter glasses.

I am also the mother of two sons who are 20 and 18 years old. The three of us live in Alphen aan den Rijn. I also have a LAT relationship with Ron who owns the climbing park in Alphen aan den Rijn. Here too, I can regularly be found to help put on climbing harnesses and helmets. In addition, I like to be outside to exercise, especially a lot of running and walking.

Partly due to the enthusiastic introductory conversations, I am really looking forward to starting my new start and the new collaboration. See you soon on the shop floor!
