Message from the HR department – Vacancies

by Meike Smit – HR manager

I would like to inform you about the following internal vacancies:

  • Directing triage nurse
  • Prevention Officer
  • Member of the Company Reception Team  (BOT)

If you are interested in one of these vacancies, read on!

2 Directing triage nurses
Location: Leiderdorp & Alphen aan de Rijn

Do you have a helicopter view and do you know how to keep a good overview of the entire service and all the details that come with it? Are you open, approachable and can you communicate well with internal and external parties? Do you dare to make decisions when necessary? Then we are looking for you!

As a directing triage nurse, you are the person primarily responsible and the point of contact for your colleagues during your shift. In addition, you coordinate the activities of the post where you are working. You will be in close contact with your colleagues and the directing physician and together you will form one team.

Do you work at least 16 hours a week at De Limes as a triage nurse and would you like a nice challenge to take a step? Let your manager know that you are interested in this and who knows, you might soon be able to make a difference in this position!

2 Prevention officers
4 – 6 hours per month per prevention officer

In addition to your regular work at Huisartsenposten De LIMES, you will work 4 – 6 hours per month as a prevention officer. You will execute, advise and monitor the action plan of the RI&E (risk inventory and evaluation). You work together with the HR Manager and can advise the organisation and the works council on measures for a good working conditions policy. Is your colleague not comfortable at the workplace or are there physical complaints? Then, in your role as a prevention officer, you can provide information about the use and maintenance of appliances and about a correct working posture and the settings of the workplace.

Aren’t:

  • a committed employee who wants to actively work to (continue to) create safe and healthy working conditions for all employees at De LIMES?
  • Do you know how to get things done, can work independently, are decisive and solution-oriented?
  • Are you familiar with the applicable protocols and the quality manual of De LIMES or are you willing to delve into them?
  • Are you willing to follow a prevention officer course (1 day)?
  • Have you also been working at HAP De LIMES for at least 1 year?

Then you are our match!

Vacancy Company Reception Team (BOT)
As a healthcare professional, you may have to deal with a shocking event, such as a confrontation with threats and physical violence, an unexpected medical emergency, having to witness distressing suffering or making a (serious) medical error. If a colleague is involved in an emergency or a shocking event, they will always be contacted by a BOT member.  The BOT team of De LIMES consists of general practitioners and healthcare workers from both our locations. They are specifically trained in conducting reception interviews.

We are still looking for new members for the BOT-Team. In total there is room for 4 new members; 2 general practitioners (1 Voorhout, 1 Leiderdorp) and 2 triage nurses/doctor’s assistants from the Leiderdorp location. Depending on the number of events, you will be called upon. There will be a maximum of 3 conversations by you as a BOT member and a conversation usually takes half an hour. If the colleague has not received sufficient help after the interviews, the BOT coordinator can put the colleague in touch with the company doctor or a specialist care provider.

If you think you can add value to the BOT Team and you would like to support colleagues after shocking events, please contact the BOT coordinator Mathilda Boer on 06-302 902 59 or send your motivation to BOT@hpdelimes.nl.

For more information about the above positions, please contact Meike Smit, HR manager, on 06-82042900 or by e-mail: meike.smit@hpdelimes.nl.
Do you want to apply? Then send your motivation to meike.smit@hpdelimes.nl.
