Are you satisfied with your visit to the out-of-hours GP service? Then we would like to hear from you. You can use the form on this page to let us know. You will automatically receive a copy of the message. We are happy to share your compliment with the care workers who were there for you.

If you are satisfied with the care provided by us, but have a tip or suggestion on how we can further improve the quality of care, we would also like to hear from you.
Complaint
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with the care and services. At the GP posts, everyone carries out their work as well and accurately as possible. However, it may happen that you are less satisfied with some things.
Do you have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about the state of affairs at the GP post or about the way in which the GP, triagist, doctor’s assistant, nurse specialist/physician assistant and/or driver act, we would like to hear from you.
Solving the problem together
Usually it leads to a quick solution if you discuss your experience on the spot with the person who, in your opinion, caused your complaint or dissatisfaction.

- Advising the complainant on how to file a complaint
- Assisting the complainant in formulating a complaint
- Assisting the complainant in finding a solution (this includes mediation, to which both parties must agree)
Of course, your complaint will be treated in strict confidence. If it is necessary to discuss your complaint with one or more employees of the LIMES GP Clinics or an organisation with whom we work, the complaints officer will ask your permission to do so.
How do you report a complaint?
To submit a complaint, it is preferable to use the digital complaint form on our website. You can indicate the location to which your complaint relates in the scroll menu in the complaint form. The complaints officer will then contact you as soon as possible.
