Life threatening situation? Always call 112

House rules at the out-of-hours GP service

Urgency always comes first

We try to help everyone as quickly as possible, the seriousness of the complaint is leading in the order of treatment. It is therefore possible that a patient who has reported later than you is helped earlier. We ask for your understanding. Have you not been helped half an hour after you had your appointment? Please report to the front desk.

At the posts, we treat each other with respect

We respect everyone, regardless of origin, religion, clothing, gender, age, appearance or sexual orientation. If you believe that you are not being treated respectfully, it is best to discuss this with us immediately at the out-of-hours GP service. However, we do not accept verbal or physical abuse, theft, weapons and drugs, alcohol consumption or sexual harassment.

What if you don’t respect the house rules

You will first receive a warning. In the event of repetition of undesirable behaviour, we will report it to the police. You will then be denied access to the GP emergency station. In the event of threats, vandalism and groping, we always call in the police.
