Preparations for phase 3

Together with the chain partners, LIMES bv has resumed the agreements on how we provide care together in phase 3. At the end of November, all protocols were practiced together. There is a weekly administrative meeting between LUMC, Alrijne, De LIMES, VVT, Basalt and the RAV. Fortunately, we can find each other well again.

A crucial element in phase 3 is care coordination, looking together at which patient can go where. Yesterday Ulf Arndt sent a separate email about this.

Among the general practitioners, we periodically make an inventory of whether the practice is still able to remain open. Don’t hesitate to raise the alarm if help is needed. No one has many helpers, but we can find solutions together
