Recruitment campaign for doctor’s assistants and triage nurses starts in March

by Annechien van Roosmalen – Communications Advisor

There is a great need for extra doctor’s assistants and triage nurses for our GP surgeries to supplement the existing teams. The recruitment of new employees is extra difficult due to shortages throughout the labour market. That is why various actions will be launched from March onwards to attract new employees.

Overview of communication actions

In the various door-to-door newspapers of the Duin en Bollenstreek, Leiderdorp and Alphen a/d Rijn you  can see a half-page advertisement in March, April and May for the vacancies doctor’s assistant, triage nurse and triage nurse in training. In addition, in an editorial article in the same newspapers, we provide more information about how the out-of-hours GP service works and we interview a colleague for this purpose.

In the same period, you will also find us on social media and on various ‘job boards’ with a link to the vacancies on www.huisartsenpostendelimes.nl/vacature. We are making two short but powerful videos for the website and social media  starring our colleagues Karin, Celine, Nelab and Marion. We are very proud that they want to be the ambassadors of HP De LIMES. In the video and interview, they talk about their profession, their workplace and what makes working at the post in a team so fun and dynamic.

Do you know a possible future colleague yourself?

Do you know someone in your family or network who is interested in a varied position in a dynamic environment and who meets the job profile of doctor’s assistant or (junior) triagist? Then point them to the vacancy info on our website. And did you know that bringing in a new colleague is rewarded by the HR department?
