My name is Willemijn Oosterlee and I am 32 years old. I live in Alphen aan den Rijn with my family. I am a mother of a boy and a girl. In my spare time, I like to do crossfit or running. Social moments with family and friends are important to me. 

I have been working in healthcare since I was eighteen. Started in disability care and then worked in the hospital for a long time as a nurse. I have gained experience in the acute care sector. The HAP world is new to me. For the past two years, I have been working for a commercial healthcare company. Here I was a team manager and nurse of a group of nursing professionals. The combination made me feel like I couldn’t fully focus on being a team manager. I notice that I mainly get my energy and job satisfaction from coaching and guiding a team. That’s why I started applying for a job with you. 

I was able to meet so many great colleagues during the job interviews and also during a job shadowing evening. I was able to listen in with a triage nurse (Karin) and see how you work. I became very enthusiastic and I started on August 1st. I look forward to meeting you all and speaking in person.
