Vacancy VIM triage nurse location Alphen/Leiderdorp

by Elke Koestering – quality officer

Within De LIMES we have two VIM committees: a VIM committee for the Alphen/Leiderdorp locations and a VIM committee for the Voorhout location. We are looking for a VIM triagist for the VIM committee location Alphen/Leiderdorp.

Currently, the VIM committee Alphen/Leiderdorp consists of 2 doctors, 2 triage nurses (one of whom is retiring and we are therefore looking for a replacement), 1 doctor’s assistant, 1 secretary and 1 quality officer.

For the VIM committee, it is important that you have a high level of integrity. The VIM committee investigates VIM reports.  Here you will be asked to contribute to the knowledge and skills from your role as a triagist. You are also requested to help with an investigation. So thinking about possible causes, checking how it went, listening to conversations where necessary and/or asking colleagues how exactly a situation went. All of this can be mentally taxing because it’s about colleagues and situations that didn’t go optimally.

The VIM committee meets approximately 6-8 times a year. The meetings (generally) take place on Monday evenings (often online, a few times a year on location). The amount of work depends on the number of VIM reports and the complexity of the VIM reports, but will be about 40 hours of work per year. You can claim additional hours for attending the committees and conducting investigations.
